1. Introduction
Welcome to our website. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the site and the purchase of digital products. By using the site and completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Definitions
Site: The online platform through which digital products are offered and sold. Digital Products: Downloadable files or digital content delivered electronically after payment (such as PDFs, ZIP files, coloring books, templates, artwork, etc.). Customer/User: Any individual who browses or purchases from the site.
3. Orders and Payment
An order is completed once the customer selects a product, provides accurate information, and completes payment through available methods. Upon successful payment, the download link becomes immediately available. Prices are as displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically via direct download after payment. No physical shipment applies. Once the file is downloaded or the download link is accessed, delivery is considered complete.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, which can be copied or retained once downloaded, all sales are considered final. Refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed or the file downloaded. Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
A technical issue on our side prevents access to the download.
The file delivered is corrupted or materially different from its description.
Duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error.
Refund Processing:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
The customer must provide the order number and a clear explanation of the issue. If approved after technical review, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe according to the payment provider’s procedures. Transaction or bank processing fees (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or failure to review the product description before purchase.

All digital products and content on the site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
